This blog post is looooooong overdue. I head out to the sunflower fields with Daniela and Jesse over a year ago, just as the sun fell below the treeline and the sky turned into this beautiful, intense grey. I wanted to take advantage of the gorgeous flowers before their harvest season, so we quickly arranged a date to meet up and managed to pull it off. I absolutely adore these images so I'm not sure why they haven't been shared earlier, but now in the middle of a very cold and icy winter perhaps blogging this session now is my way of waiting for warmer days.
I truly believe that nowhere in the world does October quite like Ontario. I'm so in love with the rich, deep colours, that perfect fall temperature, and a little wind that's perfect for pulling someone close. I got to meet up with Lacey and Devin at Lemoine Point park in Kingston on a perfect October evening to watch the sun set. These two were so much fun to photograph and I am so in love with how these photos turned out!
